ORDER STATUS

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the provided email address with an order number for reference. Please allow 5-7 days to process your order before shipment.

CANCELLATION

If you decide that you would like to cancel an order after placement, please contact us immediately as we cannot make changes once shipped.

RETURN

Kimchi Babi3 may accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition, with tags intact and original packaging included. Please securely seal the box in a plastic cover. Items returned with animal fur or strong odors from the try-on process will be considered damaged and non-refundable.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@kimchibabi3.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address (Amsterdam). Please include a sheet of paper with your order number and the list of items you wish to return in the return package. 

Returns must be posted at the customer’s expense.

REFUND

We will not offer refunds for incorrect address details, shipment delays, or missing, lost, or stolen packages handled by the courier. 

Please be patient as it will take at least 3 weeks for Customer Care to process and inspect the returned package after it is delivered.
