4. PRICES

All prices displayed on our website are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs and any other applicable charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Prices may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

5. ORDERS

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

An order is subject to acceptance and availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment due.

6. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Certain Kimchi Babi3 pieces are made to order. This means your garment is individually produced after your order is placed rather than being held as ready-to-ship stock.

Made-to-order garments produced using our standard size and cup options are made using our existing patterns unless otherwise stated.

Please carefully review the relevant size chart, cup fit, product details and production timeline before placing your order.

Where applicable, we may contact you after your order has been placed to confirm your measurements before production begins.

7. CUSTOM & PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

Custom pieces are created specifically for you according to your individual measurements and specifications.

For Apéro Custom, the pattern is individually adapted to your proportions while preserving the original design and silhouette.

We will contact you after your order has been placed to confirm your measurements and guide you through the custom process before production begins.

Please ensure that all measurements and information supplied to us are accurate.

Because custom and personalised pieces are made according to your individual specifications, they are not eligible for cancellation, return or refund due to a change of mind once the custom process has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.

This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to your order.

8. DELIVERY & PRODUCTION TIMES

Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed within the timeframe stated on our website.

Made-to-order and custom products have separate production timelines, which are stated on the relevant product page.

Production times are separate from shipping times.

If you require a made-to-order or custom piece by a particular date, please contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm whether your requested timeline can be accommodated.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.

9. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & WITHDRAWAL

Returns, cancellations and refunds are subject to our Returns & Cancellation Policy.
